Homeschool Schedule Template
Its the last week of Summer and I am trying to add a little bit of organization to our crazy house. We are still in a construction zone ten months after our house flooded from Hurricane Ian and dealing with fighting insurance and more which means this is just the new norm for us.
Since I can’t make the house completely put together like I wish instead I am choosing to organize our time. Unlike most people in the world if I try to plan things on the computer it just does not translate to my brain so I need a paper copy. Plus, I wanted the kids to get used to keeping track of their day and this allows us to do both.
I created a template on Canva, which can be used with a pro account or with a free account, to create your own schedule for your kids. I have a filled out copy and a blank copy.
it’s been fun for me to step into the role of teacher and I am looking forward to sharing it with you all as I go.
My plan is to fill these out with our weekly work schedule each Sunday for each of my kids. That way they have some autonomy when we are working and can progress on to the next part of their schedule if they are waiting for me to finish up with a sibling.
We are using the Good and the Beautiful curriculum this year and a four-day schedule with Friday being a field trip or family day. This template is editable though so it should work with anyone’s schedule.
